-Conduct an in-depth review of your current CV and LinkedIn Profile

-Give you actionable feedback, insight, and recommendations

-Explain the process and next steps to move forward with us if we both decide that there is a synergy between us.

Step Two - Getting things moving

If a client decides to move forward with us then:

-We will then define some tangible and realistic targets and objectives that you want to achieve.

-Our team then conducts clear and dark web searches to see if your personal information has been leaked. Then, we will secure your online presence and check for any embarrassing or compromising content that damages your professional brand.

-Get to work on building and delivering you the best-in-class CV and LinkedIn profile.

-Build you a personalised online job dashboard that you can use to track your applications, interviews, and offers.

Step 3 - Putting it all together

Once you receive your new best-in-class CV, optimised LinkedIn profile and job dashboard, we'll then:

-Begin with the first of two live, one-hour 1-1 job sessions that will show you how to use your new resources to target your new role/s effectively.

-We will also remotely (at the client's request) monitor your online job board at regular intervals and provide you with further guidance. It's a great way of keeping you motivated, accountable, and on track.

-94% of our clients either secure or have an offer for their next role within 4 weeks of this call.

Step 4 - Testing the market

We will arrange the second "live" job coaching 1-1 session with you four weeks after the first job session.

-We'll review your progress thus far, look at your metrics, troubleshoot any issues, and make any changes to your documents or profile if an area needs to be changed.

-Give further in-depth training and set up more advanced tools, including automation, that will help speed up progress.

-Clients will also get a dedicated email address to contact us as a priority with any further questions or queries that they may have.

Step Five - Beyond 

97% of our clients secure or have an offer for their next role just before or just after their second video call. We take pride in our work, so we do not release a client until they have secured a new role, and we will continue to monitor our client's job dashboards, pen in additional video calls, and make the necessary changes at no extra charge until a client has secured a new role that has met with their agreed objectives.

Once a client has secured a new role, we will make minor changes to a client's document stack and LinkedIn profile for 12 months from the point of release to help keep our client's document stack current and up to date.
